<p style="text-align: justify;">The Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief declared a high wildfire risk in the natural environment across the Central Slovenia region, effective 30 July 2026.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Due to the increased risk of wildfires, we kindly ask all visitors to sports facilities, parks, recreational areas, and other outdoor spaces managed by the Public Institute Šport Ljubljana&nbsp;<span style="background-color: unset;">to act responsibly and strictly observe all fire prevention measures.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;">SPECIAL NOTICE FOR PICNIC AREA USERS</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Picnic areas managed by the Sport Ljubljana Public Institute remain open for visitors to enjoy. However, due to the declared high wildfire risk, the preparation of food on barbecues, grills, or by any other method involving open flames or sparks is strictly prohibited.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;">FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES FOR OUTDOOR AREAS</p><p style="text-align: justify;">During the period of high wildfire risk, the following activities are prohibited on outdoor areas: using open flames, discarding cigarette butts, smouldering objects, or other waste that may cause ignition, carrying out activities or using equipment that may produce fire or sparks.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;">We kindly ask all visitors to comply with the current restrictions and help protect the safety of people, animals, and the environment.
