It accommodates up to 50 people and is an idyllic location for private events, birthday parties, picnics, family gatherings, and smaller occasions.

RIC SAVA (Recreational and Educational Centre Sava)

Recreational and educational areas along the Sava River extend from Tomačevo to Sneberje and cover 144,618 m2. They are intended for children, people with disabilities, local residents, visitors, and tourists. The centre enables recreation and relaxation in nature, with an emphasis on equestrian sports, youth education in this field, and a responsible attitude towards nature and the environment.

The centre is located just a short distance from the city, on a site where informal housing and illegal waste dumps once stood. The natural environment by the Sava River now offers an idyllic space for relaxation, recreation, education, and active leisure. With picnic areas, sand courts (for volleyball, handball and football), a children’s playground, a small animal farm, cycling and walking paths, and equestrian activities, it provides a retreat from the city hustle.

All visitors are kindly asked to park in accordance with traffic regulations. In case of improper parking, city wardens may issue fines.
